Each Mobu piece is housed in our Johannesburg warehouse and available for immediate delivery. Our delivery process is designed to ensure every order arrives safely and smoothly, with personal coordination from our team at every step.

South African Deliveries

For orders within Gauteng, a standard delivery fee of R950 per order applies. Deliveries to other regions across South Africa are priced on request, depending on location, order size, and preferred handling requirements.

Once your order has been processed, our team will arrange a delivery schedule and share all necessary details to ensure a seamless handover. While delivery times may vary, we always aim to dispatch as efficiently as possible.

International Deliveries

Mobu offers international shipping on request. Our team can provide a tailored quotation based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of your chosen piece. We work closely with reputable freight and logistics partners to ensure your order is securely packaged and delivered with care. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shared once shipping has been confirmed.

Damage & Returns

Every Mobu piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can record and assess the issue promptly.

Because our designs are sold from current stock, non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you have any concerns about your purchase, you are welcome to contact us to discuss your item. At Mobu’s discretion, if a return or exchange is agreed upon, the piece must meet specific criteria.

Storage

We understand that timing is sometimes a consideration. Mobu is able to store purchased pieces for up to one month at no additional charge. Extended storage may be arranged on request and is subject to both availability and applicable fees.
